How the Program Works
Tirzepatide and semaglutide are prescription medications, so every client starts with a consultation and lab work, not a walk-in purchase. Dr. Greene personally reviews your labs, confirms you're a good candidate, and determines your starting dose.
Once approved, most clients receive their medication by mail for self-injection at home. If you're not comfortable self-injecting, we'll schedule you to come in weekly and our team will administer the injection for you. Either way, you'll return roughly every three months for updated labs so your treatment plan stays on track.

Yes. Our medical weight loss program offers both. Dr. Greene will review your goals and medical history to determine whether either option is appropriate for you.

You begin with a consultation and lab work. Dr. Greene personally reviews your results and health history before deciding whether treatment is suitable and, if so, prescribing your starting dose.
What should I bring to my consultation?+
Bring your current medication and supplement list, relevant medical history, and any recent lab results you have. Let the team know about previous weight loss treatments and the questions you would like to discuss.
Do I have to give myself the injections?+
Most approved clients receive their medication by mail for use at home. If you are uncomfortable self-injecting, our team can arrange weekly in-office appointments to administer it for you. Discuss the arrangements and costs with us before starting.
How is my progress monitored?+
Your plan includes follow-up with the practice and updated labs roughly every three months, as directed by Dr. Greene. Contact the team with questions or concerns between visits, and follow your prescriber's instructions about your medication.
How much does the program cost?+

Can I also discuss body contouring at my visit?+
