Meet Dr. Charles Greene, a board-certified otolaryngology-head and neck surgeon at Jacksonville ENT Surgery. With locations in Jacksonville and Lake City, Florida, Dr. Greene is committed to providing excellent patient care.
Despite facing early challenges growing up in Compton, California, he excelled academically and earned his Bachelor of Science in biological sciences from the University of California, Irvine where he was involved in student government and various health care organizations. Dr. Greene's passion for medicine was solidified during his time at the University of Washington School of Medicine where he simultaneously earned his MD and PhD degrees in physiology and biophysics. His research on brain receptors was published in prestigious journals such as the Journal of Neurophysiology and the European Journal of Pharmacology. After completing his residency training in general surgery and otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at the University of Michigan, Dr. Greene discovered a novel hearing loss gene. His research on hearing loss gene DFNA-25 is published in the American Journal of Human Genetics, exemplifying his dedication to advancing medical knowledge. Despite his many accomplishments, Dr. Greene's top priority is always providing the best emotional and physical care to every patient.

Shantel Greene is the co-owner and strategist behind Greene Emerald Med Spa, where she leads brand development, operations, and client experience alongside her husband and medical director, Charles C. Greene MD, PhD.
With a background in executive leadership, Shantel specializes in building scalable systems, refining client journeys, and elevating the overall patient experience. She is the driving force behind the spa’s brand, ensuring every detail—from service design to client engagement—reflects a seamless blend of luxury and clinical excellence.
Together, Shantel and Dr. Greene are creating a modern med spa experience rooted in results, trust, and elevated care.
Aesthetics Physician Assistant / Injector
Tara Condrey, PA-C, is a physician assistant at Greene Emerald Med Spa in Jacksonville, Florida. She enjoys providing high-quality aesthetic care to patients of all ages, personalizing every skin care plan to meet her patients’ needs.
Tara was raised in Miami, Florida, and she attended the University of Florida in Gainesville. After graduating with her bachelor’s degree in health science, she went on to pursue her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at South University in West Palm Beach. She is currently a member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. At Greene Emerald Med Spa, Tara specializes in laser skin resurfacing, radiofrequency (RF) microneedling, and cosmetic injectables like Botox®. She always strives to exceed her patients’ expectations with attentive care and focuses on maximizing their quality of life.

Tadia Dunton is a dedicated and highly skilled Licensed Esthetician at Greene Emerald Med Spa, where she blends her passion for skincare with a commitment to delivering exceptional results. With over 3 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, Tadia specializes in personalized skincare treatments that cater to the unique needs of each client.
Tadia has extensive training in advanced skincare techniques, including chemical peels, HydraFacial, SkinPen microneedling, the Glo2 Facial, and corrective Aerolase laser treatments. She excels in creating tailored treatment plans that address specific skin concerns, from acne and aging to pigmentation and texture issues. Her expertise in corrective treatments ensures that each client receives a customized approach for optimal skin health.

Dyana Timori is a highly skilled Licensed Aesthetician at the Greene Emerald Med Spa, specializing in advanced corrective skincare and skin rejuvenation treatments. With international training and clinical experience, Dyana is dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin while building confidence through personalized care.
Dyana received her esthetics training in Malaysia in 2020 and completed her Florida licensure in 2025. Her education provided a strong foundation in skin science, safety, and corrective treatments. With experience performing advanced facials, microneedling, chemical peels, and laser hair removal, Dyana ensures each treatment is customized to the client’s unique skin type and goals, promoting both immediate results and long-term skin health.
Dyana’s approach blends clinical knowledge with a personalized, holistic touch, creating a supportive and results-driven experience. She specializes in treating concerns such as aging, hyperpigmentation, uneven texture, and overall skin rejuvenation, designing realistic treatment plans that fit each client’s lifestyle. She is passionate about educating her clients and guiding them throughout their skincare journey.
