Tara Condrey, PA-C, is a physician assistant at Greene Emerald Med Spa in Jacksonville, Florida. She enjoys providing high-quality aesthetic care to patients of all ages, personalizing every skin care plan to meet her patients’ needs.

Tara was raised in Miami, Florida, and she attended the University of Florida in Gainesville. After graduating with her bachelor’s degree in health science, she went on to pursue her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at South University in West Palm Beach. She is currently a member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. 

At Greene Emerald Med Spa, Tara specializes in laser skin resurfacing, radiofrequency (RF) microneedling, and cosmetic injectables like Botox®. She always strives to exceed her patients’ expectations with attentive care and focuses on maximizing their quality of life.
