Cancellation Policy for Greene Emerald Med Spa
By booking with Greene Emerald Med Spa, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the Appointment Cancellation Policy. I understand that:
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service value.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice ("no-show") will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service value.
Appointments booked with packages, memberships, gift certificates, or promotional services are also subject to this policy and may result in forfeiture of the scheduled treatment session.
A valid credit card is required to secure appointments, and I authorize Greene House Salon & Spa to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee to the card on file in accordance with this policy.
By booking with Greene Emerald Med Spa, I provide my electronic consent and agree to be bound by the terms of the Appointment Cancellation Policy.
